Pick up and return a vehicle

In the airport

• To pick up the vehicle:
  We will deliver the vehicle directly to you at the airport, with no external shuttles/transfers.
  According to the information we will send you in advance, the process will be carried out in one of these two ways:

1. Self-service (recommended)
   • without staff presence, following simple instructions you will receive via email and WhatsApp approximately 30 minutes before pickup.
2. Personal handover
   • once you have your luggage, leave the terminal and cross the street to the P1 car park
   • wait near the blue information booth, inside the car park
   • a member of our team, identifiable by a "BALMES MENORCA" company badge, will hand over the vehicle to you.

• To return the vehicle:
  • locate the P1 car park
  • take the ticket and park on the right side (zone C), anywhere
  • leave the vehicle unlocked with the ticket and the key in the glove compartment
  • if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by WhatsApp.

In ports

• To pick up the vehicle:
  We will deliver the vehicle directly to you at the port, with no external shuttles/transfers.
  According to the information we will send you in advance, the process will be carried out in one of these two ways:

1. Self-service (recommended)
   • without staff presence, following simple instructions you will receive via email and WhatsApp approximately 30 minutes before pickup.
2. Personal handover
   • leave the port terminal and go to the parking lot
   • a member of our team, identifiable by a "BALMES MENORCA" company badge, will hand over the vehicle to you.

• To return the vehicle:
  • park in the parking lot in front of the port terminal
  • leave the vehicle unlocked with the key in the glove compartment
  • if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by WhatsApp.

In hotels and apartments

• To pick up the vehicle:
  We will deliver the vehicle directly to your accommodation, with no external shuttles/transfers.
  According to the information we will send you in advance, the process will be carried out in one of these two ways:

1. Self-service (recommended)
   • without staff presence, following simple instructions you will receive via email and WhatsApp approximately 30 minutes before pickup.
2. Personal handover
   • wait at the reception of your accommodation at the agreed time
   • a member of our team, identifiable by a "BALMES MENORCA" company badge, will hand over the vehicle to you.

• To return the vehicle:
  • park the vehicle in the parking lot of your lodging and lock it
  • leave the key at the reception
  • if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by WhatsApp.
