Pick up and return a vehicle

In the airport

To pick up the vehicle:
- once you have your luggage, leave the terminal and cross the street to the P1 car park
- wait near the blue information booth, inside the car park
- a person with a badge of the company "BALMES MENORCA" will deliver the vehicle to you in the same parking lot.
To return the vehicle:
- locate the P1 car park
- take the ticket and park on the right side (zone C), anywhere
- leave the vehicle unlocked with the ticket and the key in the glove compartment
- if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by Whatsapp.

To pick up the vehicle:
- leave the port terminal and go to the parking lot
- a person with a badge of the company "BALMES MENORCA" will deliver the vehicle to you in the same parking lot.
To return the vehicle:
- park in the parking lot in front of the port terminal
- leave the vehicle unlocked with the key in the glove compartment
- if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by Whatsapp.

To pick up the vehicle:
- wait at the reception at the agreed time
- a person with a badge of the company "BALMES MENORCA" will deliver the vehicle to you.
To return the vehicle:
- park the vehicle in the parking lot of your lodging and lock it
- leave the key at the reception
- if the return time does not coincide with the agreed time, please notify us in advance by Whatsapp.

The final price of your reservation is ALL INCLUSIVE, without extra or unforeseen costs.

You will have 24-hour roadside assistance, wherever you are.
